Melissa, you have given me a new quality of life that I didn’t think was possible. I have spent the last number of years feeling depressed, isolated, frustrated, angry and sad. I couldn’t hear much of most conversations. I was tired of being “scolded” by others because they had to repeat, so I went silent. I love people and I love conversations. My world was getting smaller and I just didn’t feel right in my body.

I needed help BUT where should I go? Who can I trust? How will I be able to afford the quality that I realized I needed? I thought of other possibilities but nothing seemed right. I’m so thankful that I found out about you. Everything about this decision seems just right.

Now, I didn’t realize that I wasn’t even hearing the birds sing! It’s wonderful! I feel so complete, like my body is working together for my good. I’m so happy that I don’t have to say “huh?” or “what”. I know how to use my hearing aids with Bluetooth correctly and I know when I have questions you will be here for me. I love that I feel like I’m participating in life again!
